Bone, 12 November 2025: Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) IAIN Bone has again demonstrated its commitment to improving the quality of young State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Three FEBI Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) successfully implemented it Socialization of Actualization Results as part of a series CPNS Basic Training (Latsar). Year 2025.
The socialization activity and presentation of the actualization was carried out in the FEBI IAIN Bone Meeting Room and was attended by Prof. Dr. Abdulahanaa, M. Hi. As Dean of FEBI IAIN Bone. This activity was also attended by several study program heads, study program secretaries, staff, lecturers and students of FEBI IAIN Bone. Carrying out this activity is a form of implementing the basic values of ASN BerAKHLAK as well as strengthening the competency of participants in carrying out their duties as public servants.
In this activity, the three CPNS conveyed various innovations/actualization programs that they had designed and implemented during the habituation period. The three CPNS are:
1. Dr. Renee Front, M.E. Carrying the theme of actualization: "Providing SOPs for Submitting Scientific Articles for Grades and Dissemination of Final Assignments for FEBI IAIN Bone Students"
2. Fitra Analia, M.E. Carrying the theme of actualization: Optimizing Guidelines for Writing Scientific Papers to Improve Academic Quality and Services at FEBI IAIN Bone
3. Nurfitriana, M.E. Carrying the theme of actualization: Preparation of SOPs for Completing Final Assignments for FEBI IAIN Bone Students
This socialization received appreciation from the mentors and structural officials of FEBI IAIN Bone. They considered that the ideas and programs presented by CPNS could make a positive contribution to improving service and faculty governance.
“We will make the actualization output for the three CPNS FEBI IAIN Bone, a Dean's Decree so that it can become a binding legal basis so that it can be implemented within the IAIN Bone Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. Hopefully in the future the output of this actualization can become an example and can be disseminated to other faculties within the scope of IAIN Bone," said Prof. Dr. Abdulahanaa, M.Hi (Dean of FEBI IAIN Bone)
By holding this activity, FEBI IAIN Bone hopes that CPNS can continue to improve their competence, creativity and integrity as professional ASN who are ready to support institutional development.
