Sharia Multifinance Roadshow 2025 Present at IAIN Bone: Collaboration of FEBI IAIN Bone and MES to Encourage Sharia Economics

Watampone – IAIN Bone Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) collaborated with the South Sulawesi Sharia Economic Community (MES) to successfully organize the 2025 Sharia Multifinance Roadshow with the theme "Empowering Together with Sharia Multifinance", on Thursday (21/8/2025) to coincide with 27 Safar 1447 H. This event took place in the Main Hall of the IAIN Bone Campus and was attended by business people, lecturers and students.

The activity was officially opened by Deputy Chancellor III IAIN Bone, Prof. Dr. Amir,M.Ag. In his speech, he appreciated the synergy between FEBI IAIN Bone and MES in presenting this educational forum. "This activity is very useful. FEBI IAIN Bone together with MES have a great opportunity to collaborate with various business sectors, especially in the field of sharia finance," he said.

This roadshow presents three main speakers, namely:

Mrs. Nur Masita (OJK Sulselbar), who explained the development of regulations related to sharia finance.

Dr. Ir. H. Idris Parakkasi, MM (Chairman of MES South Sulawesi), who presented material on Sharia Multifinance Financing Agreements.

Yusron (Adira Finance Sharia Business Unit), which shares experiences of sharia multifinance practices in the industrial world.

As a real form of collaboration, this event was also coupled with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and cooperation agreement (PKS) between IAIN Bone and MES South Sulawesi, as well as between FEBI IAIN Bone and MES South Sulawesi.

Through this activity, it is hoped that public understanding, especially SMEs and academics, regarding sharia finance will increase. Furthermore, the synergy between FEBI IAIN Bone and MES is expected to be able to encourage the strengthening of the sharia financial ecosystem and the development of the sharia economy in the region.
