The Student Association of the Sharia Economics Study Program (HMPS Ekonomi Syariah), Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI), IAIN Bone, held “Biru Seriah: Bincang Seru Seputar Ekonomi Syariah” on Thursday (August 6, 2026). The event was conducted online via Google Meet and carried the theme “Building an Entrepreneurial Mindset Amid Continuously Changing Opportunities.”
The event featured Dr. Sitti Nikmah Marzuki, S.E., M.E., Head of the Sharia Economics Study Program at FEBI IAIN Bone for the 2026–2030 period, as the speaker. The discussion was moderated by Wulan Sabriah, Head of the Social Media Subdivision of HMPS Ekonomi Syariah for the 2026/2027 period.
During the event, participants were encouraged to view entrepreneurship not merely as an activity aimed at generating profit, but also as a mindset that needs to be developed in order to recognize and respond to changing opportunities amid the dynamics of the economy.
Through the theme presented, students were encouraged to have the courage to identify opportunities, develop ideas, and adapt to changes taking place in the business and economic environment.
The Biru Seriah event was open to students of the Sharia Economics and Sharia Business Management Study Programs at FEBI IAIN Bone. The forum served as a space for students to broaden their knowledge while developing an entrepreneurial perspective that remains relevant to current developments.
The event began at 1:00 p.m. Central Indonesia Time (WITA) and continued until completion, taking place online via Google Meet.
