The Sharia Accounting Study Program Student Association (HMPS) of the Bone State Islamic Institute (IAIN) successfully held the eventNational Accounting Competition (NAC) 2026, a national academic competition that took place online on22–29 June 2026.
This activity was officially opened byDean of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business IAIN Bone, Dr. H. Ahmad Abdul Mutalib, Lc., M.Ag.. This competition was attended by39 participantswho joined in13 timfrom various universities in Indonesia. The presence of participants from various regions is proof of the high enthusiasm of students in developing competencies in the field of accounting while expanding academic networks across universities.
The universities participating in the 2026 National Accounting Competition include:Bone State Institute of Islamic Religion,LP3I Makassar Polytechnic,Brawijaya University,UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi,Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic (PNUP),UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar,Institute of Islamic Religion SEBI, AndDiponegoro University.
The National Accounting Competition is an academic competition event organized by HMPS Syariah Accounting IAIN Bone as a forum for students from IAIN Bone and various universities in Indonesia to develop skills in the field of accounting. Apart from being a means of honing academic competence, this competition also aims to strengthen ties, foster a spirit of sportsmanship, and expand networks between students from various universities in Indonesia.
During the competition, all participants took part in a series of online activities in accordance with the mechanisms and conditions set by the committee. The assessment process is carried out professionally by a jury consisting ofResti Yusni, S.E., M.Ac.,Hartas Hasbi, S.E., M.Ak., AndMasyhuri, S.E., M.Ak.
By holding the 2026 National Accounting Competition, HMPS Syariah Accounting IAIN Bone hopes to continue to provide a quality competitive space for students to improve their academic abilities, broaden their horizons, and build collaboration with students from various universities in Indonesia.
