The Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) IAIN Bone held a Human Resources (HR) Improvement activity entitled "Digital-Based Academic Service Orientation" on 18–19 July 2026 at Bira Panrang Luhu Beach, Bulukumba Regency. This activity was attended by FEBI IAIN Bone educational staff and attended directly by the Dean of FEBI IAIN Bone, Dr. H. Ahmad Abdul Mutalib, Lc., M.Ag.., and Deputy Dean II FEBI IAIN Bone, Dr. H. Arifin S., M.Ag..
This activity is a form of FEBI IAIN Bone's commitment to improving the quality of human resources through strengthening togetherness, communication and collaboration between educational staff. By building good synergy, it is hoped that digital-based academic services can run more effectively, professionally and oriented towards the needs of the academic community.
During the two days of implementation, participants took part in various togetherness activities packaged in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Various games and activitiesteam buildingbecome a means to strengthen relationships between educational staff, improve communication, build mutual trust, and strengthen cooperation in supporting the implementation of tasks within the FEBI IAIN Bone environment.
The atmosphere of the activity was full of enthusiasm and excitement. Through each series of activities, participants not only enjoy moments of togetherness, but also strengthen family values which are an important foundation in building a positive work culture within the faculty environment.
Through this HR Improvement activity, FEBI IAIN Bone hopes that the spirit of togetherness and collaboration that has been built can continue to be maintained and implemented in the implementation of daily tasks. With solid and mutually supportive educational staff, FEBI is optimistic that it will be able to provide increasingly professional, responsive and quality academic services for the entire academic community.
