The Bone State Islamic Institute (IAIN) officially established the Sharia Business Management Study Program at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business through a Decree (SK) from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. Decree No. 226 of 2025 concerning Permits for Implementing Sharia Business Management Study Programs for Undergraduate Programs at the Bone State Islamic Institute which was issued on February 28 2025.
The establishment of this study program is part of IAIN Bone's efforts to meet the need for higher education that integrates sharia principles with scientific studies of business management, as well as supporting economic development in the Eastern Indonesia region.
This study program aims to produce graduates who have qualified business skills, high social awareness, and a deep understanding of local cultural values that can be applied in sharia business practices. It is hoped that graduates from this study program can play an active role in regional economic development, while also prioritizing sharia principles in the business world.
